Dr. Kemp has held several positions including Chief of Staff at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center from 1993 to 1994. Dr. Kemp has served on several additional hospital committees including OB, Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, Drugs & Equipment Review, Credentials, Blood Transfusions and Tissues, and the Executive Committee. He has served in the United States Army Reserve - Medical Corps since 2003. Dr. Kemp co-founded Paragould Family Care, PA in August 2016.
Dr. Lee is a board certified Family Medicine Physician whose goal is to provide quality and comprehensive healthcare to the entire family. He also provides wound care services to the surrounding community. He has particularly strong ties to Northeast Arkansas since he was raised in Forrest City and has family nearby. Dr. Lee co-founded Paragould Family Care, PA in August 2016.
Mr. Massey is a member of American Nurses Association (ANA), Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He served in the United States Navy from 1985 to 1991, supporting Operation Desert Storm. He joined Paragould Family Care, PA in August 2016.
Mr. Kemp is a member of the American Nurses Association and ARNA, the AR chapter of ANA. He joined Paragould Family Care, PA in August 2016. Mr. Kemp grew up in Paragould, and is committed to providing quality healthcare to his hometown and the surrounding communities. He joined Paragould Family Care, PA in August 2016.
From 1987-2003, Ms. Gonzalez worked as a staff nurse and nursing coordinator. She worked at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center from 2003 to June of 2010, where she gained experience in many different areas including House Supervisor, ICU, Emergency Room, and Medical/Surgical Unit. She is a member of ARNA and the American Nurses Association. She joined Paragould Family Care, PA in August 2016.
Mrs. Coward is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is committed to providing quality healthcare to the surrounding communities. She has extensive experience in pediatrics and family practice including chronic and acute diseases. She moved to Paragould in 2012 and has been an active member in the community such as serving as president of the Junior Auxiliary of Paragould in 2016-2017 and being an active member since 2012. She joined Paragould Family Care, PA in October 2018.
From 1979 to 1993, Ms. Leach was in primary care with the Arkansas Department of Health. In 1995, she became the first APN to obtain prescriptive authority. Ms. Leach was appointed to the State Board of Nursing in 1993, and served as the president from 1996 to 1997. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Arkansas Nurses Association. She joined Paragould Family Care, PA in August 2016. She retired in April 2020.
