Dr. Clarence "Len" Kemp, MD
Founder & PhysicianDr. Kemp earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in 1978. He served as a Retired Army Colonel with deployments to Germany, Afghanistan, and Iraq, and was named the 70th President of the Arkansas Chapter of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
He founded Paragould Family Care in August 2016 with a mission to provide high-quality, relationship-centered primary care to the Paragould community.
Justin D. Kemp, APRN-CNP
Nurse PractitionerA Paragould native, Justin is committed to serving his hometown and the surrounding communities. He earned his MSN-FNP from Arkansas State University in 2012 and holds certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Justin joined Paragould Family Care in August 2016 as a founding member of the clinical team.
Pam Hodges, APRN
Nurse PractitionerPam is a Paragould native focused on delivering community-centered healthcare to the region she calls home. She earned her MSN-FNP from Arkansas State University in 2010 and holds certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Nurse PractitionerRonette brings exceptional depth to the team. She earned her MSN from Arkansas State University in 1994 and holds multiple professional affiliations. She is a founding member and past president of the Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association.
